Session 1 - Mind
In the first class we will focus on the mind, learning tools to sharpen our focus and strengthen our conscious awareness. These ancient techniques were used by Siddhartha Gautama to become the one known as "Buddha". Learn how meditation pierces the veil of illusion, revealing the truth that leads to enlightenment.
Meditation may be used with the aim of reducing stress, anxiety, depression, and pain, and increasing peace, perception, self-concept and well-being.
$25 per workshop or $60 for all three - you don't have to attend all three, each class has it’s own theme.
