Meditation has many benifits for the mind, body, and spirit. In our three part meditation workshop, we will focus on each aspect of this profound practice.
Session 2 - Body
In our second class we will discover the mind-body connection, how our physical form interacts with the mind and spirit. Yogic style meditation engages the body towards the path of freedom. Find your bliss and learn how relaxation and comfort guide us in healing and realizing our divine nature.
Meditation may be used with the aim of reducing stress, anxiety, depression, and pain, and increasing peace, perception, self-concept and well-being.
$25 per workshop or $60 for all three - you don't have to attend all three, each class has it’s own theme.
